This presentation will demonstrate how Broward County Public Schools' Organizational Change Management team utilized web 2.0 and distance learning technologies to manage organizational change while implementing a structured approach to training and transitioning individuals, teams, and the school organization from its current state to the desired future state.

At the end of this session you will have an understanding of the following:

•   Strategies and techniques on the use of various distance learning technologies and Web  2.0 tools.

•       Essential attributes that enable the successful implementation of IT projects utilizing Web 2.0 and distance learning (Blackboard courses) technologies.

•       How to move your organization from its current state to the desired state using Blackboard as one of the organizational change management tools.
